Good to know

Allow around 15–20 minutes for the stone to fully preheat before the first pizza. The cooling fans run during and after cooking, so expect some fan noise. Give it clear space on the counter and keep it away from cabinets above. Hand-wash the stone with water only — never soap — and let the oven cool completely before cleaning.
